FastAPI and MariaDB services in Docker; OPC UA and MTConnect for industrial connectivity; scanner ingestion, local journals, replay queues, audit trails, evidence references, lifecycle controls, and a Product Lifecycle Record table with one complete row per serial number. Each row becomes the product’s birth certificate, preserving process timestamps, process-camera references, quality history, and the complete manufacturing record.
